Jaws of Retribution - Item - Dragon Soul Legendary Daggers Your melee attacks have a chance to grant Suffering, increasing your Agility by 7, up from 2, stacking up to 50 times. The proc results into Agility, up from Agility. Comment by spiny64 I think that in order to add real value to these and other Legendaries, Blizz should make all legendaries into some kind of Personal Heirloom for the character who earns it. So they would scale up as the character levels up, and they wouldn't become obsolete. In order to maintain balance, they could not be as powerful as next lvl cap raid weapons but they should still be useful. Or maybe develop personal quests to increase their power and bring it up the next tier I mean, not easy-to-do quests, but for example, Rogues could have continued working for Wrathion in Pandaria in order to infuse the Daggers with the "Power of the Celestials" or something, and bring them up to ilvl for example That would be an amazing option, and the same should be possible with Sulfuras, Shadowmourne, the Staff and the Windfury Sword That would provide extra content and promote continuity It's very sad to see Legendaries being used for only the later part of an expansion and then quickly become obsolete once the next one hits.

Comment by AskeHK Old legendaries needs to be turned into a kind of heirlooms, either just for the character that completed the quest chain, or account-bound. The drop amount is random from all the bosses, so the duration of the service varies from 6 to 8 weeks depending on your luck. The Fangs of Father legendary daggers were once the ultimate weapon that every rogue character wanted. They are very overpowered in both PvE and PvP making this class almost unkillable.

Now, however, they grant an FoS achievement and a legendary transmogrification that looks pretty badass with any SHadowlnds gear set. Our Fangs of Father carry service allows you to take care of your RL while our professional booster, completes the legendary questline, farms the Dragon Soul raid, and collects the necessary fragments to unlock this awesome weapon for your character.

Fangs of Father were added back in the 4. Players must complete a long questline and clear the Dragon Soul raid several times in order to receive this legendary item. The quest starts from Lord Afrasastrasz at the entrance of the raid.
